Here's a aerial view of breakfast this morning. Breakfast is composed of poach eggs, country potato, couscous and yogurt parfait. I've tried something different this morning. I'm a fast eater and often eat without really tasting the food. When I think about it usually takes 30 min to 1 hour to cook, and eating takes less than 10 minutes. This morning I tried eating slowly and at the same time being aware of chewing and swallowing food. After I swallowed I waited and took a sip of water and repeated until I finished. I appreciated and enjoyed every bite of the food. I now feel surprisingly calm and energized.
